To comply with Government regulations, Members will need to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 to be able to attend the club.

NEW CLASS BOOKING SYSTEM

We are now asking our Members to book in for their class each week. This will assist the Chief Instructor to ascertain the expected Class sizes on the day.  The Booking Form will be open on the Wednesday - Saturday for classes on the following Sunday. We also ask that you use the same form to cancel a booking if you cannot attend. To make a booking please click HERE or choose 'Class Bookings' from the drop down list under the 'Membership' tab.

ATTENDANCE AT THE CLUB

On arrival, please check-in by scanning our QR code with your phone and show the "green tick" to your instructor when you go to class.
Our QR code signs are located at the entrance to the clubroom. We recommend installing the "Services Victoria" app for this task.

If you do not have a smart phone, your attendance must be recorded manually. Please go to the office window to do this, you will be given a paper to show the Instructor that you have registered your attendance.

If you are not wearing your Name Tag you will not be permitted to train. Your Name Tag is proof of your membership so please keep it in your car ready for your training session. If you have lost your Name Tag you must report this to the office. 

We are working under a COVIDSafe Plan with strict rules that must be adhered to or you will be asked to leave the grounds.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Members are required to keep 1.5 meters apart AT ALL TIMES outside the clubrooms and on the training grounds.

Please do not gather or stay for a 'chat' near the check-in tables or the clubroom. Follow any directions given by our Covid Marshalls.

As soon as you complete check-in please move away from the area so that others can complete their check-in.
If you are working inside the clubroom for any reason, please follow government guidelines e.g. masks etc..

CLUBROOM

  • Restricted to office staff or Instructors when required to be inside to conduct club business

  • Provision of new member induction sessions.

  • Kitchen will be closed; no coffee or tea can be provided at this time.

  • Masks must be worn.

TOILET FACILITIES

  • Can only be accessed via the side door, please do not go through the clubroom.

  • Social distancing markers will be provided.
