LEADERSHIP vs TRAINING WORKSHOP - 7TH JUNE 2026
As there is no training on the 7th June due to the long weekend, the Club will be hosting a “Leadership vs Training Workshop” for interested Members. This Workshop will cover training techniques for those wishing to improve behaviour by making training fun and rewarding for you and your dog. 2026 VACCINATION NIGHT - November

ACODC have been running Vaccination nights for Members and Non-Members for years with the help of a Registered and experienced Vet.
This night aims to provide cheaper access to much needed vaccination for our furry friends.
Costs are as follows:
ACODC Member
C3 Vaccination = $30.00
C5 Vaccination = $50.00
Proheart = $3 per kg
Worming Tablets = $1.00 each
Non-Member
C3 Vaccination = $40.00
C5 Vaccination = $60.00
Proheart = $5 per kg
Worming Tablets = $2.00 each
What you need to know:
* Weight of your dog will be needed on the night if booking Proheart.
* Worming Tablets - 1 tablet per 10kg of body weight (every 3 months)
* Cash Only – exact money needed as no change will be available.
* Bookings are essential as numbers are capped.

A huge congratulations to Lynette Dawson and her dog ‘Uhtred’ for gaining quite a few Obedience Titles this year. First Place in gaining a ‘Companion Dog’ Title (Novice) at the Royal Melbourne Show in September and also a ‘Community Companion Dog’ and ‘Rally Novice’ Title throughout the year.
Lynette also had success with her other dog ‘Lucca’ who also gained a ‘Rally Novice’ Title this year.

Mid-Year Vaccination
TRIAL RESLUTS
A huge CONGRATULATIONS to Joe Cimino and Zaya for obtaining their Novice Title with a score of 193/200 pts and 3rd Place in the Ring at the German Shepherd Dog Club National Trials held at KCC Park in April.
Joe was presented with his awards by Dawn Fraser, the Patron of the German Shepherd Dog Club and Kim Houlden, the Judge for this Class.
